Returns and exchange details
I do not accept returns for custom made jewelry or made to order items.
This includes anything made in a custom size, or with custom stamping on the jewelry.
I do not accept returns for sale items, flash sale items, specialty items, or jewelry purchased with a coupon/discount code.
Returns and exchanges are not possible for earrings (due to hygienic reasons), bride and bridesmaid orders, items on sale, or any custom made orders.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry contact me via email once you've received it, before returning, so we can work together on a solution.
Please remember that Custom Order and Made To Order jewelry is not refundable or exchangeable.
If you will be returning your jewelry, I must be notified within 3 days of receiving your jewelry.
Once we have talked about whether or not it is eligible for return or exchange... the jewelry may be sent back.
When the jewelry arrives back to me in the same condition it left my hands, and in the original jewelry packaging(box), I will refund your purchase price minus shipping or if we agreed on an exchange, I will send out the exchange item.
I do not accept returns or exchanges based on wrong size.

Different ring band widths will affect the size of ring you wear.
Please have your finger sized with the appropriate width ring before you purchase if you are not sure of your size.
A wider band will need a slightly larger size to fit comfortably.
I suggest going up 1/4 to 1/2 size larger, depending on the width.
This also includes bangle style, chain/link bracelets, and cuff bracelets.
Most jewelry stores will size you at no charge.
Be sure to ask for different width sizing.

Custom Orders
I thoroughly enjoy doing custom orders for my customers!
I do require full payment, or other arrangements agreed upon by both parties, before I begin working on any order.
Please allow up to 4 weeks during slow seasons, and 4-6 weeks during busy seasons, for the order to be constructed, during which time I look forward to sharing the creative process with you.

Made to Order (MTO)
Sometimes customers want me to make a 'duplicate' of a previously created piece.
Please be aware that even though I try my very best, it is impossible to recreate a perfect replica of a hand made piece.
If you would like to purchase a certain style that is no longer available or not in your size, please message me.
I require the same deposit and shipping policies as stated in the Custom Orders section.
Payment Plan Policy
Payment Plan Agreement:
Downpayment is 25% of the items total (not including tax), at the time of agreement.
Remaining payments are due in 25% increments on the same date that the initial 1st payment was made.
4 payments are to be made in total, within a 4 month period.
You may pay more than the 25% if you would like.
The 1st down payment is not refundable if you decide to cancel your order/payment agreement at any time.
Please email me if you would like to set up a payment plan.
Payment plans are only available for items over $150.
Care of your Jewelry
It is very important to take care of your jewelry.
Although I take great pride in the quality of my pieces, they are still handmade and therefore delicate.
All of my jewelry is made from authentic sterling silver, fine silver, gold, and gold filled materials.
Due to the nature of hand crafted delicate jewelry, please wear, handle and store with care.
Take jewelry off when swimming, doing dishes, spraying perfumes, using lotion, heavy lifting, sports activities, or cleaning with chemicals.
It is best, and recommended, to clean your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth.
Many of my creations have a special patina added to give a 'worn' or 'vintage' look to them, if you use a liquid jewelry cleaner on them it will damage and remove the patina.
Do store your jewelry in an airtight plastic bag when you're not wearing it, this can prevent it from tarnishing.
(those silica gel packs that come in packaging work great to keep moisture out)
Please be aware that some people have a certain body chemistry that advances tarnishing when wearing certain jewelry materials.
Do not use abrasive compounds to clean jewelry. This will damage your jewelry.
You can wipe it with a soft fabric or jewelry cloth, to remove oils and dirt.
Do not ever use an abrasive chemical compound cleanser on ANY of the Sand Stone (Sand Gypsea Collection) Jewelry, it is made with a high gloss resin and will break down with chemical use.

Please be sure to have your ring size accurately determined.
Ring band width can effect the size, so when getting sized, be sure to indicate the correct width.
A wider band will need a slightly larger size to fit comfortably.

You can also size yourself at home with a string or ribbon and a ruler; Place the string around your finger, mark both ends with a marker, the lay flat on a ruler and measure.
It's always great to be sized and keep a note in your jewelry box for easy reference.
Packaging
All orders are sealed in a jewelry box or also in zip lock bag with an anti-tarnish square inside. Then packed in a craft jewelry box with a turquoise blue raffia ribbon, ready for gifting.
A custom card or note can be added to your order if you are gift giving.
Please let me know this by messaging me in the note section upon check out in the cart section.
All jewelry boxes are mailed via USPS first class in a padded manila envelope.
A tracking number will be provided for you once the item is shipped.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimated, I am not responsible for postal or holiday delays.
Tracking numbers will be given with every shipment.
Once in the carriers hands, I am no longer responsible for packages or damages that may occur.
Problems, as lost or undelivered packages (with tracking number), must be taken up with the postal carrier after tracking numbers have been sent out with delivery information.
If your Country is not listed in the shipping area please contact me and we can make arrangements for shipping to your country.
Although we enact all measures in our power to ensure a perfect buying experience for you, we are not held responsible for extended delays due to the global situation.
