Succulents & Sea Glass
Homegrown and propagated right here on Cape Cod, on our mini farm.
Each order will come with a variety of colors and sizes, of genuine sea glass!
Every order will come with a unique piece or two along with the other sea glass pieces.
The sea glass will be packaged individually so it does not damage your succulents in the shipping process.
When you receive your order you may organize the sea glass how you please; back in your succulents, or keep it with your own collection.
The orders will be a randomized pick for the succulent plant and sea glass that comes with it.
Don't worry, every one will be special!
CARING FOR YOUR SUCCULENTS:
• Many varieties of succulents are meant to be short and stout, so they love to be placed in direct sunlight. If they start 'stretching' or looking long, that means they are reaching for the light and need to be placed closer to it.
A South facing window is BEST!
• They may be kept outdoors for the summer months and brought inside to be placed on a sunny windowsill all winter long.
• They belong to the cacti family and don't like excess watering.
In the summer months they can be watered about once a month.
In the winter months they can go 2-3 months without a watering, depending on the area they are kept in.
If they are kept right next to a hot and dry heat source area, make sure to check the soil with your finger, if it is very dry and it is time for a water!
WATERING:
• Succulents enjoy being watered from the bottom up.
Place your succulent pot in a dish or a bowl with water and leave it for an hour or two till it absorbs all the water it needs.
This helps the root system grow downwards towards the water source. Unlike top watering which keeps the roots growing upwards towards the top of the soil.
With all that being said, succulents are very easy to care for!
